We are happy to offer refunds within 14 days of the delivery date but please make sure you email us first at info@activefashion.co.uk. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
A full refund will be issued only if the item arrives back in clean, sellable condition exactly as received. We cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse. Returns are accepted within 14 days based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery tracking.
